I like to think of myself as one of Alex’s OG clients. His predecessor recommended him to me and my family. At first I was skeptical, but after the first week I knew that he could take me where I wanted to be, not only in sports, but in life. Training with Alex is an experience. His knowledge of the body and maximizing the body’s output can be overshadowed by his friendly and goofy personality. I have had a huge turnaround not only on the field, but in the gym as well and I credit a lot of my success and growth to him. I started training with Alex right as Covid hit in March of 2020. His workouts helped me to improve my lateral quickness and speed drastically, as well as improve my strength and mobility. I added about 15-20 pounds of lean mass before for my junior year of high school, and I really think Alex helped me transform into being a division 1 athlete. His style is very progressive and it is the future of sports performance. On top of that, Alex is a great person who always puts his athletes first no matter what. Coach Alex has helped me improve my athleticism tremendously, but he has much more to offer than most trainers. Not only did Coach Alex improve my strength, speed, agility, athleticism, et cetera…he helped improve my joint mobility. Because of Coach Alex I can squat heavy with my butt touching the floor, pistol squat with ease, touch my toes with ease, and perform as an athlete much more explosively and less susceptible to injury. This past fall I saw a photo of me getting tackled and it looked like I definitely sprained an ankle. I was surprised because that specific play felt routine (nothing hurt, not even a rolled ankle). This is because I have been doing Controlled Articulated Rotations and other mobility exercises with Coach Alex, and as a result my ankle mobility and strength has drastically improved. This is just one of the many ways Coach Alex has helped me avoid injury, and why he is different from many trainers. Coach Alex has helped me in many ways as an athlete throughout the years and I can assure you…he’s not your average instagram trainer.

For years, I have had a gym subscription and tried to get into a routine of “going to the gym” on a regular basis. As life got in the way, all my good intentions for exercising on a regular basis failed miserably. Knowing the importance of regular exercise to better myself (both physically and mentally). I realized I needed help, maybe a personal trainer, but who?? Then along came Alexander. 5 years ago I started training to improve my balance, flexibility, and overall strength. I am now 74 years old and feel that my improved balance lessens the chance of falling, my improved flexibility allows me to continue to sit on the floor with 2 and 3 year old children and more importantly to get up without help, and my increased strength gives me improved overall health.
