Starting at the age of 4

Alexander was involved in various athletics such as, baseball, volleyball, basketball, football, and rugby. He was so passionate about fitness, athletics, and sports coming out of high school that he decided to attend the School of Exercise Training and Science (SETS). In December 2012 he graduated as a SETS Certified Personal Trainer (SETS-CPT) and National Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT). At this point he was extremely knowledgeable in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) assisted stretch therapy, as well as, strength & conditioning through exercise science and human movement.

After attending school

He decided to mentor under some of the top trainers/specialists in Arizona. In June 2017 he became a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT) and is now a Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES), Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM-PES), as well as a Weight Loss Specialist (NASM-WLS).

In April of 2018

Alex added Certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms) to his repertoire which advanced his knowledge in human movement optimization, mobility development, articular strength, and neurological control. On July 29th of 2020 Alexander added yet another certification to his resume, Functional Range Assessment (FRA). This musculoskeletal assessment is one of the most comprehensive assessments on the planet and makes Alex 1 of 13 practitioners in Phoenix, AZ that can do this thorough assessment.
